Mil Mascaras, two other luchadors, a hoochie-mama and her team of gogo-dancers, and a pair of homeless shoeshiners investigate the theft of some Mexican mummies by a mad scientist and an ancient warlock. Mil and his team do remarkably little before the entire situation basically resolves itself.
